We are honored to be acknowledged among the industry’s elite with this prestigious recognition and proud to share this achievement with our dedicated franchisees and aspiring entrepreneurs.
Franchise Business Review is a renowned market research firm that specializes in conducting independent surveys to assess franchisee satisfaction and employee engagement. There are the only organization that ranks and awards franchise companies based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance. Their annual “Guide to Today’s Top Franchises” features the rankings of the top 200 franchises, providing valuable insights to prospective franchisees.
As part of Franchise Business Review’s comprehensive research, over 360 franchise brands, representing nearly 38,000 franchise owners, participated. The Entrepreneur’s Source® Franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions covering various critical aspects of their franchise systems, including training and support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations, and financial opportunity. Survey data revealed outstanding results, reflecting the high level of satisfaction and success experienced by our franchisees.
With an astonishing 91% of TES franchisees participating in the survey, the brand scored high across the board. High marks were given for a supportive network of franchisees, respect for the franchisor, and management encouraging a strong Team Culture. When asked if they enjoyed being a part of the organization and if they felt the brand cared about their success, TES franchisees gave a resounding yes, as evident by their ratings.
